If you proceed with a Booking Request through the website or via email, the Company collects and processes the personal data you provide, specifically: full name and age of all other family members or friends you travel with, ID card/passport number of all travelers, and driver’s license details of both the main and second driver of the rented vehicle.
Upon signing the Tour Contract, the Company may collect and process, in addition to the aforementioned personal data, your billing information such as VAT (Value Added Tax) or another tax identification number.
4. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF MINORS’ PERSONAL DATA
The Company does not engage in transactions with children and therefore, in principle, does not directly or indirectly collect and further process personal data of minors (i.e. persons under the age of 18). However, since it is impossible to cross-check and verify the age of persons browsing or otherwise using our website, parents and guardians of minors are advised to contact us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of personal data of the minors for whom they are responsible, in order to exercise their rights, such as, for example, the deletion of the data. - If you fill in the inquiry form but do not proceed to a booking request, your personal data will be retained for a period of 4 months.

In this case, your data will be deleted no later than 2 weeks from the date we received your relevant request.
- If you submit a booking request and enter into an Tour Contract, your personal data will be retained for a period of 10 years due to the Company’s legal obligation to the Public Tax Authorities.
After the expiration of the retention period required by the respective legal and tax obligations, your personal data will be deleted.
